AGH-UST cooperates with many institutions in Poland and abroad.
International cooperation with scientific and educational institutions is coordinated by the Department of International Relation . The cooperation with research units, other universities and the industry is coordinated by the AGH-UST Centre for Transfer of Technologies .
International Cooperation
We see international cooperation as one of the most important elements of the educational and scientific development of the university, as well as maintaining and reinforcing its prestige on the international arena.
AGH-UST is a member of many international organizations .
Agreements which we sign concern, for example, exchanges of students and teachers.
Another form of evidence for the AGH-UST's active international cooperation is the mobility of the university's research and teaching staff. Every year there are over 2000 trips abroad in order to participate in conferences, symposiums, fairs, exhibitions, consultations, implementation of research projects, teaching and lecturing, etc.
In addition, along with our partners we put into practice about two hundred research projects every year. The obtaining and circulation of information on the possibilities and procedures regarding funding projects from international programmes with the co-operation of international partners is carried out by the Division for International Programmes.
Domestic Cooperation
In Poland we cooperate closely with other universities, the Polish economy, as well as public administration and local self-governing units. We also participate in many domestic and international scientific and technological consortiums and platforms.
