AGH Racing awarded at a French competition

The AGH Racing team was the best in the Concept Car category at the Formula Student France competition.

The Concept Car category involved three static tasks. The AGH University team came in first in Design Engineering and Business Plan Presentation, whereas in Cost & Manufacturing they took second place. AGH Racing underwent a technical inspection of the battery, which is considered to be one of the most strenuous in electric cars.

The participation in Formula Student France was quite unusual, as the AGH Racing team brought only individual components of the car, rather than the entire, assembled structure. It was the start in the competition itself and the experience gained in the static challenges that mattered to the students. The new electric RTE 3.0. vehicle is to debut this year, so we will see it on track next season.

The Formula Student France competition took place from 27 August to 1 September 2024 on the Transpolis track in Saint Maurice de Rémens.
