The AGH University Rector, Professor Jerzy Lis, has met with Professor Volodymyr Onyshchenko, Rector of National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” (PNUT). The topic of the meeting was bilateral and educational cooperation.
The rectors discussed the perspectives for the enhancement of bilateral cooperation between the universities. They concluded an interinstitutional agreement within the Erasmus+ mobility programme for studies between EU Member States and third countries not associated to the Programme. Moreover, the work on the double diploma agreement has been initiated. This meeting is another step taken to strengthen cooperation with the Ukrainian university.
The AGH University and PNUT have already carried out joint educational projects, such as the course on modern technologies for trenchless pipeline construction intended for students from Ukrainian technical universities as part of the NAWA SPINAKER programme.
