The AGH Centre for International Affairs together with ESN AGH Kraków, AGH University Student Government Council, AGH University Student Research Club Council, and AGH Doctoral Students Government Council apply for financial support within the NAWA PROM Programme. A survey is conducted to gather insights to enhance the collaborative efforts and improve the experiences of students and faculty involved in exchange programs. As a valued partner university, your participation in this survey is of utmost importance in understanding our joint initiatives' strengths and areas for improvement.
The PROM Programme is a short-term academic exchange that offers members of the academic community a unique opportunity to gain knowledge and skills in international environments. These experiences are invaluable and can be applied at various stages in their career development. The Programme also significantly establishes and strengthens cooperation with global institutions for Polish universities and research units.
The Programme aims to finance the international mobility of regular doctoral studies students and academic staff to improve their competencies. The mobility period will last 5 to 30 days. All activities can be conducted in a stationary, remote, or hybrid format. Please see the examples below:
• active participation in the conference abroad (including making speeches and taking part in a poster session)
• participation in summer and winter school
• obtaining materials for a doctoral thesis or scientific articles
• making measurements by using unique equipment and testing research equipment
• participation in a short form of education, i.e. courses, workshops, internships, study visits, including those carried out at entrepreneurs
• conducting academic lectures
• participation in preparing an international grant application
